20+ Global Companies Urge Congress to Support a $2 Billion Investment in the Global Fund

More than 20 global companies sent a letter to the Chairs and Ranking Members of the Senate and House Appropriations Committees and Subcommittees on State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs to urge them to support $2 billion for the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria in FY23.

The letter states, “in a year where the United States will host the Global Fund’s Seventh Replenishment Conference, we ask you to provide this increased funding because of the Global Fund’s proven lifesaving results and the need to get back on track and accelerate progress against AIDS, TB and malaria programs.”
