192 faith leaders urge Congress to provide robust funding for international COVID-19 relief

The Faith-Based Coalition for the Global Fund Against AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria sent a letter to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer and House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy requesting urgent consideration for robust funding for the international response to the COVID-19 pandemic, including resources to prevent, respond to and mitigate the impact of this disease on those suffering from AIDS, TB, and malaria with a U.S. contribution to the Global Fund’s COVID-19 Response Mechanism.
