Health Transition Resources and Advocacy Collaborative (H-TRAC)

The Health Transition Resources and Advocacy Collaborative is a joint learning network of civil society and faith-based organizations in Kenya, Nigeria, Mozambique, Zambia and Zimbabwe, along with Friends in the U.S.

As low- and middle-income countries transition to greater country ownership and financing of healthcare, the network advances effective advocacy to partners’ governments for resources for health and healthcare access for communities, and community-led monitoring for tracking progress on transition — for in-country accountability and understanding by donor country decision-makers. H-TRAC flows from a 6-year predecessor partnership and its learning recounted in Promising practices in advocacy for domestic health spending.
